Saint Vissarion bridge

Old bridge of Pyli with an arch length of 28m. Built at 1514 by St. Vissarion to connect the banks of Portaikos River.

The church is located on the northern bank of the Portaikos river.

Perouli is a village at the hillsides of Koziakas Mountain. Near Pertouli is Trikala’s Ski Resort (altitude 1170-1370m.).

Plastira's Lake

Lake Plastiras also called Tavropos Reservoir is an artificial lake fed by Tavropos (Megdovas) river, located in Karditsa regional unit, near the city of Karditsa.

Meteora

Meteora is a rock formation in central Greece hosting one of the largest and most precipitously built complexes of Eastern Orthodox monasteries. The six monasteries are built on immense natural pillars and hill-like rounded boulders that dominate the local area. It is located near the town of Kalambaka. Meteora is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Our hotel is situated in Pili, 16 km from Trikala, at Hermou 61 Str., in Pili, Trikala. It established in 1981, continuing a 40 year old tradition (it was firstly named “ASPROPOTAMOS” in 1945). Last renovation took place in 2007 with the partial funding of EU. Rooms for two or three persons are available in good prices especially during summertime. Every room has TV, WC, private bathroom and AC.

In the wider area of Pili you can visit archeological monuments and historical temples (like Porta Panagia,the arched bridge (KAMARA) and monasteries) and enjoy the green landscape as well.
